  • We reserve the right to offer service credits instead of cash refunds

5. Service Credits

As an alternative to refunds, we may offer service credits for:

  • Minor service interruptions (less than 48 hours)
  • Temporary channel unavailability
  • Technical issues that are resolved within 24 hours

Service credits will be added to your account and can be used for future subscription renewals.

6. Trial Periods

If we offer trial periods:

  • No refunds will be issued for trial periods
  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
  • Trial conversions to paid subscriptions are non-refundable
